2. Acceptable Use Policy

Users of the platform agree to use all features respectfully and honestly:

• You shall not provide false student IDs or misrepresent your academic status during clearance or event attendance check-ins.
• You shall not attempt to bypass security rate limits, reverse engineer internal APIs, or conduct automated denial of service attacks.
• Equipment loaned via the student guild inventory must be returned in good working condition within the designated timeframe.
• Submissions via feedback and grievance channels must adhere to respectful communication standards.

3. Official Announcements and Publications

All announcements, memos, and event schedules published on this portal represent official communications from the CCIS Local Student Government. While we endeavor to keep all information up to date, sudden university administrative changes or class suspensions will be updated in real time via our announcement feed and official social media channels.

4. Officer Accounts & Administrative Integrity

Student council officers assigned portal credentials are held to the highest standard of fiduciary responsibility. All transactions, inventory check-outs, and post publications are automatically logged in immutable audit records.

5. Modifications to Service

The CCISLSG reserves the right to enhance, modify, or update features on the hub to better serve the student body. Questions regarding these terms may be directed to the student government office.
