Strategic Agenda

Our Key Governance Platforms

Transformative student-first initiatives designed for digital efficiency, student empowerment, academic excellence, and institutional transparency.

PLATFORM 01

Social Engagement and Empowerment Platform

Sustainable Community Development & Inclusive Outreach

To use organized outreach initiatives to promote a constructive and significant social impact in excluded communities. The initiative aims to increase competence, foster self-sufficiency, and encourage sustainable community development through an enabling platform.

Community Outreach & Competence

Targeted outreach programs fostering long-term self-sufficiency and empowering excluded communities through education and digital assistance.

PLATFORM 02

Strategic Synergy & Support Systems

Collaborative Alliances & Institutional Partnerships

Establish a Tech Alliance

Partner with organizations like the DICT and tech NGOs to provide students with industry exposure and digital literacy opportunities without the high cost of external consultants.

Strengthen Faculty-Student Relations

Transform the relationship from "compliance" to "consultation." When faculty members are active mentors, they provide the LSG with high-level insights and encourage student participation in the classroom.

Unify Computing Organizations

Collaborate with specialized IT, CS, and IS organizations to empower them to lead their specific niches while the LSG provides unified resources and institutional backing without reinventing the wheel.

Launch the "Digital Reach" Extension

Continuation of the CCIS Extension Project — a volunteer-led initiative where students teach high schoolers basic programming and digital safety, building professional credentials while serving the community.

PLATFORM 03

Transparent Tech & Digital Governance

Modernization, Digital Efficiency & Open Administration

Launch the CCIS Hub

A centralized, student-built web platform designed to be the definitive source of college information with four core components:

Info-CentralAnnouncements and updates so students never miss a deadline or college-wide advisory.
Organizational StructureInstant digital directory of all officers and roles to ensure you always know who to approach for specific concerns.
Student Transparency DashboardSecured access to personal Liquidation Reports, individual status for College Fees, and Attendance tracking.
Grievance & Feedback PortalDirect channel for concerns and suggestions, turning anonymous social media rants into official, actionable solutions.

Digitalize Internal Workflows

Bridge the gap between manual tradition and digital efficiency. By automating paperwork and back-end processes, we eliminate administrative delays and securely back up organizational records for future leaders.

PLATFORM 04

Academic Proficiency & Peer Volunteerism

Peer Mentorship, Skill Acceleration & Output-Oriented Growth

Normalize "Code-Connect" (Weekly Peer Tutorials)

Moving away from one-time "Midterm/Finals Reviews" to consistent, weekly, student-led peer tutoring sessions.

Value Volunteerism

Tutors will be rewarded with Verified Experience Certificates to boost their resumes, fostering a culture of giving back without exhausting the college budget on honorariums.

Credential-Building Workshops

Host low-cost, high-impact "Skill-Up" sessions tailored to our field — short, manageable, and output-oriented so every participant walks away with a project, certificate, or portfolio addition.

PLATFORM 05

Responsive Environment & Recognition

Innovation Spaces, Merit Recognition & Standardized Policy

Foster an Innovation Space

Creating an open "conceptual hub"—a digital and physical environment to find thesis partners, pitch startup ideas, or offer freelance commissions to fellow students.

Implement the "Hall of Fame"

Systematic recognition of student academic excellence, competition wins, hackathon placements, and community volunteerism.

Standardize Internal Policy

Crafting a "Leadership Handbook" and standardized internal operating guidelines to ensure processes remain professional, efficient, and free of administrative backlogs.
